HOW DOES A CAVITATION AND RADIO FREQUENCY TREATMENT FEEL?
Most people find this treatment painless and comfortable, and some even fall asleep! Some people may a feel buzzing in the ears due to the ultrasound. You will also feel warm during the treatment, similar to a warm stone massage. Your technician will be checking in with you about your comfort and tolerances during the entire session.
CAN FAT CAVITATION TREATMENTS BE USED FOR WEIGHT LOSS?
Ultrasound cavitation is not a way to lose weight, but a way to reshape the body. Ultrasound cavitation can be thought of as a deep fat blaster that reduces stubborn fat cells which are resistant to change by exercise and nutrition changes alone.
HOW LONG WILL THE RESULTS LAST?
Your results from the 4D Body Sculpt treatments will last indefinitely if you maintain a healthy and stable weight. The Body Sculpt Studio recommends maintaining a healthy nutrition and exercise regime at home. If you become pregnant or have dramatic weight changes, your results may be compromised. Our technicians can perform additional touch-up treatments as needed.
IS ULTRASOUND CAVITATION SAFE? ARE THERE ANY SIDE EFFECTS?
Ultrasound cavitation is a safe, non-surgical, anesthesia-free procedure that is non-invasive, scar-free, and has no downtime. Due to the energy level of specific ultrasound parameters, it is ensured that selective damage to fat cells does not interfere with any other cells, vessels or organs. There are no reports of side effects of these treatments. However, some people may experience short-term redness, thirst, and nausea immediately after treatment. These symptoms resolve quickly, and do not present in everyone. Proper adherence to the pre and post care instructions will minimize these occurrences.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS?
You will see a softening of the treated fat area immediately after your treatment. Over the next three days, the body will continue to remove the released fat and process it as waste or use it as energy. A full treatment schedule is six to twelve sessions on one area. These sessions should be booked three to ten days apart. Most clients see shaping results by session three, and multiple inches lost by session six. How long this process takes is completely dependent on how much fat is stored, how well the body processes out the fat, and how well the client keeps new fat deposits from occurring.
AM I A CANDIDATE FOR ULTRASONIC CAVITATION?
HOW SHOULD I PLAN FOR MY TREATMENT?
All sessions must be scheduled consecutively, with a minimum of three days and a maximum of 10 days apart. This is necessary to achieve the cumulative effects of the fat softening and removal. Plan accordingly with your vacations and obligations. Water is your biggest ally during treatment. Drinking plenty of water several days before and after your session will assist the body in moving the released fat out of the body. Sun exposure and high heat should be avoided for 48 hours post RF treatment. Alcohol consumption should be stopped 24 hours before your treatment and 48 hours after your treatment. A session for a female should be done outside of the menstrual cycle. In all cases, ultrasonic cavitation should not be completed when ill or fighting an infection. All instructions will be given by your technician during the consultation.
